Hello Azerothicans!
I wanted to give a little spotlight to my good friend Shina from World of Porncraft, who has finally taken the plunge and created his own SubscribeStar page!
Anyone who has followed Azerothica for a while will probably already know Shina. His artwork has appeared here many times over the years, including anniversary pieces, Christmas artwork, commissions, and plenty of other wonderfully lewd World of Warcraft creations.
Shina and I have also known each other for many years, so I am genuinely happy to see him trying something new that could help support his artwork and hopefully give him more opportunities to create again on a regular basis.
His new SubscribeStar is intended to help support the continued creation of his artwork, with plans for monthly Assumi art, NSFW World of Warcraft digital artwork, and 3D work.
If things go well, Shina would also like to bring back community requests and, perhaps most excitingly for those who remember the older days of World of Porncraft, eventually return to making comics again.
That last part especially caught my attention.
A lot of us have been around this little corner of the Warcraft community for a very long time. Azerothica has been online since 2011, while World of Porncraft goes back even further, and there is something rather nostalgic about seeing some of these old projects still alive after all these years.
The internet has changed enormously since the days when NSFW WoW websites, nude patches, forums, fan art and strange little independent communities were scattered everywhere. Many of those places have disappeared over time, so I think there is something worth celebrating whenever one of the old creators decides they want to start producing more again.
And of course, Shina’s Assumi has become something of a familiar face around here as well. She has appeared alongside Esidien in several pieces over the years, including our Christmas artwork, so I suspect quite a few Azerothicans already know exactly who she is.

SubscribeStar is finally here!
Supporting independent artists is ultimately what allows them to spend more time creating the weird, sexy and wonderfully niche things that communities like ours exist to enjoy.

I am certainly curious to see where he takes it, especially with the combination of his traditional 2D artwork and the newer 3D/Blender work he has been experimenting with.

Dear Azerothica Community,
Christmas is upon us once again, and I wanted to take a moment to send a warm holiday greeting to all of you who continue to visit, support, and keep Azerothica alive year after year.
This year’s Christmas artwork is a collaborative piece created together with my good friend Shina. The artwork features my own World of Warcraft character, Esidien, dressed in festive green, alongside Assumi, Shina’s original character, styled in classic red Christmas attire. Bringing these two characters together felt like a perfect way to celebrate the season with a playful and slightly naughty holiday greeting for Azerothica.
Assumi is a well-known and much-loved character within the NSFW World of Warcraft art community, and it’s always a pleasure to collaborate with Shina on projects like this. While I continue to play World of Warcraft and look ahead to what comes next, including the recently revealed player housing system and the upcoming Midnight expansion, Shina remains focused on what Shina does best: creating art. World of Warcraft is not something Shina actively plays, but Shina continues to support the community through artwork and remains open for commissions.

Looking a little further ahead, Shina has also begun experimenting with Blender and 3D animation. If things go as planned, 2026 may be the year we start seeing NSFW 3D animated works from Shina, alongside the high-quality 2D World of Warcraft art Shina is already known for.
On a more practical (and festive) note, Shina’s new gaming PC has already been built and set up ahead of the holidays. The system was hand-built together with Shina, with me handling the assembly, configuration, and testing from start to finish. Naturally, it is Esidien-verified – carefully assembled, stress-tested, and tuned to ensure everything runs flawlessly. The goal was to give Shina a powerful and reliable setup to explore 3D animation while continuing to produce iconic World of Warcraft artwork without limitations.
As always, Azerothica remains a place to celebrate creativity, fantasy, and the freedom to enjoy World of Warcraft in ways that go beyond the standard experience. Whether you’re here for the artwork, the nostalgia, or simply to browse old memories, I truly appreciate you being part of this journey.
